1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the CleverKidoo website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website.
2 Products & Digital Delivery
CleverKidoo sells digital products in the form of printable PDF worksheets designed for children. All products are delivered electronically via email download links after purchase. We do not ship physical products.
Download links are valid for 72 hours after purchase. If your link expires, contact support@cleverkidoo.com to receive a new link.
Product previews shown on the website are representative of the content you will receive. The actual downloaded PDF may differ slightly in appearance from the preview image, as previews are compressed for web display.
3 Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated through our currency conversion feature. Prices displayed in other currencies are estimates based on daily exchange rates and the final charge may vary slightly based on your bank's exchange rate.
Individual worksheets are priced at $1.00 each. Bundles of 10 worksheets are priced at $8.99. The All-Access monthly membership is $4.99/month. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though any price changes will not affect existing memberships until the next billing cycle.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. CleverKidoo does not store credit card numbers or sensitive financial information on our servers.
4 License & Usage Rights
When you purchase a worksheet or bundle, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print, and use the worksheets for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes printing copies for your own children or family members.
You may: Print unlimited copies for personal or single-household use, use worksheets with your own children at home, and store digital copies on your personal devices.
You may not: Redistribute, resell, or share the digital PDF files with others; upload worksheets to file-sharing sites or social media (except preview images for review purposes); use worksheets in a commercial setting such as a school, daycare, tutoring center, or after-school program without an educator license; claim the worksheets as your own original work; or modify the worksheets and sell or distribute the modified versions.

5 All-Access Membership
The All-Access membership provides unlimited downloads from our complete worksheet library for a monthly fee of $4.99. Your subscription renews automatically each month on the date you subscribed.
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing support@cleverkidoo.com. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Worksheets downloaded during an active membership remain yours to keep and print forever, even after cancellation.
We reserve the right to modify membership benefits or pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
6 Coupon Codes & Promotions
CleverKidoo may offer promotional coupon codes from time to time. Coupons are subject to terms specified at the time of distribution, including expiration dates and usage limits. Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to deactivate any coupon code at any time.
7 User Accounts
You may create an account to track your purchases and access your download history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8 Refunds
Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In summary, we offer refunds for duplicate purchases, technical issues preventing access to purchased files, and products that are significantly different from their descriptions.
9 Intellectual Property
All content on the CleverKidoo website, including worksheets, images, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of CleverKidoo and is protected by copyright law. Purchasing a worksheet grants you a license to use it as described in Section 4, but does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
10 Privacy & Data Collection
We collect your email address when you make a purchase or subscribe to our email list. We use this information solely to deliver your purchases, provide customer support, and send occasional promotional emails (which you can unsubscribe from at any time). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process your order (e.g., Stripe for payments, Mailgun for email delivery).
11 Limitation of Liability
CleverKidoo provides worksheets on an "as is" basis. While we strive for quality, we make no warranties regarding the educational outcomes of using our worksheets. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
We are not responsible for printing quality, ink costs, or paper compatibility. We recommend testing with a single page before printing large quantities.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
