Our commitment to your satisfaction

Our promise: We want every parent to feel confident purchasing from CleverKidoo. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to make it right.

Digital Products (Worksheets & Bundles)

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds once a worksheet or bundle has been downloaded. Digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

However, we understand that mistakes happen. We will gladly issue a full refund in the following situations:

Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same worksheet or bundle twice, we'll refund the duplicate order — no questions asked.

Technical issues: If you're unable to download or open your PDF files after purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, we'll provide a full refund.

Product not as described: If the worksheet you received is significantly different from what was shown in the preview image or product description, we'll issue a full refund or offer a replacement.

All-Access Membership

Your monthly All-Access membership can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your first subscription payment and haven't downloaded more than 5 worksheets, we'll issue a full refund of that month's charge. After 48 hours or if more than 5 worksheets have been downloaded, the current month's charge is non-refundable, but you retain access until the end of the billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@cleverkidoo.com with the following information:

Your email address used for the purchase, the product(s) you'd like refunded, and a brief description of why you're requesting a refund. We'll review your request and respond within 24 hours on business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method (credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Coupon & Promotional Purchases

Products obtained using the FREE coupon code or other promotional offers that resulted in a $0.00 charge are not eligible for refunds, as no payment was made. If you used a discount coupon, any refund will be for the amount actually paid.
